During the Weyane regime, Keyeron faced severe persecution, which forced her to flee Australia. Despite these challenges, she continued her creative journey by writing and producing the film Soolanee, a work that reflects her experiences and commitment to her cause. Recently, she returned to Oromia, continuing her advocacy from her homeland.
